The Opportunity
We’re recruiting for a newly evolved senior leadership role within a high-growth hospitality brand undergoing significant investment across digital growth and customer engagement.
This Head of Digital & Delivery Marketing position will lead the strategy, performance, and growth across delivery, CRM, loyalty, and digital acquisition — with responsibility for both first-party and third-party digital channels.
Reporting directly to the CMO, this role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer growth, performance marketing, analytics, and delivery platform management. It is a high-impact role with significant visibility across the wider business and senior leadership team.
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, a commercially minded digital leader who understands how to drive measurable growth through customer insight, performance marketing, CRM, and delivery partnerships.
- What You’ll Own
- Delivery & Aggregator Growth
- Lead the commercial performance of all delivery channels across the business
- Own relationships with Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat and other delivery partners
- Develop delivery growth strategies spanning promotions, visibility, trading plans, menu optimisation, and platform marketing
- Drive revenue growth while improving profitability and customer experience
- Build joint business plans with external platform partners
- Identify opportunities across pricing, proposition, bundles, and delivery-led innovation
- Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition
- Own digital acquisition strategy across paid, owned, and performance channels
- Lead paid social, digital advertising, and customer acquisition activity
- Manage website performance, conversion optimisation, and digital customer journeys
- Own acquisition budgets, ROAS, ROI, and channel efficiency metrics
- Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to drive performance visibility and decision-making
- CRM, Loyalty & Retention
- Lead CRM and customer lifecycle strategy across acquisition, retention, and re-engagement
- Develop segmentation, personalisation, and automated customer journeys
- Drive repeat purchase behaviour and customer lifetime value
- Support the continued evolution of loyalty and customer engagement initiatives
- Use first-party data and customer insight to strengthen marketing performance and retention
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing delivery partnerships from both a strategic and commercial perspective
- Driving growth through data-led optimisation and performance analysis
- Leading digital marketing investment decisions based on measurable ROIBuilding reporting and analytics frameworks to improve channel performance
- Working cross-functionally with marketing, brand, technology, finance, and operations teams
- Managing agency relationships across paid media, PPC, social advertising, CRM, and website optimisation
- Supporting the wider business strategy through digital innovation and customer growth initiatives

- What They’re Looking For
- Essential Experience
- Proven experience in a senior digital growth, CRM, performance marketing, or delivery-focused role
- Strong commercial understanding of aggregator platforms including Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat
- Experience managing digital acquisition budgets and performance metrics including ROI, ROAS, CPA, and retention
- Strong analytical capability with experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and actionable insights
- Hands-on experience across CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, and loyalty strategy
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
