We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our Dubai team. This role is a mix of inbound and outbound sales: you will convert inbound enquiries while also proactively generating your own leads through outbound prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building.
You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging via phone, email, and live chat to understand their needs, qualify opportunities, and position the right Kayana solutions. Your ability to build pipeline, close deals, and consistently exceed targets will directly support Kayana’s growth.
