About the Role

The Student Recruitment Officer at Al Ain University plays a vital role in attracting and guiding prospective students through the admissions journey at the Abu Dhabi campus. The position reports directly to the SRU Manager and involves representing the university across various outreach channels and events.

Furthermore, this role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate program offerings to a diverse range of prospective students. Moreover, the Officer is expected to actively contribute to achieving the university’s enrollment targets while maintaining a high standard of student service.

Key Responsibilities for Student Recruitment Officer at Al Ain University Abu Dhabi

• Respond to queries, emails, and phone calls from prospective students, providing information on application processes, fees, and course selection.
• Advise and counsel students on offered programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and associated costs.
• Identify and recruit students in accordance with the university’s enrollment targets.
• Correspond with university and department staff to answer queries and enhance customer service workflow.
• Manage and attend university events both on campus and in the wider community.
• Promote and market university programs at schools, exhibitions, education fairs, and promotional kiosks.
• Coordinate with the SRU Manager on recruitment strategies and provide regular progress reports.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of prospective student inquiries and follow-up activities.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials for student recruitment campaigns.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the SRU Manager to support department objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in student recruitment or a related role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Good command of computer skills, particularly MS Office programs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• UAE driving license is preferred for travel between campuses and outreach events.
