We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment for our KSA operations. The role is based in Dubai and requires someone who has previous experience hiring in Saudi Arabia.
This position is open to Arabic speakers only.
Key Responsibilities
- KSA hiring
- Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for roles in Saudi Arabia.
- Sourcing & screening
- Shortlist suitable candidates through job portals, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Interview coordination
- Arrange interviews and follow up with hiring managers.
- Offer & onboarding support
- Prepare offers and coordinate joining formalities for KSA hires.
- Recruitment updates
- Share regular hiring progress reports with the team.
- Additional HR Support
- HR documentation
- Prepare and organize basic HR documents for KSA hires (offers, contracts, onboarding forms).
- Onboarding coordination
- Support joining formalities, collect required documents, and ensure smooth handover to the KSA HR/Admin team.HRMS updates
- Maintain accurate employee information in the HR system.
- Record management
- Keep employee files updated and ensure all documents are properly stored.
- General HR assistance
- Provide basic support to the HR team for day‑to‑day tasks when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.3–5 years of recruitment experience, including KSA market hiring.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies efficiently.
