Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Develop and execute the long-term strategic vision and roadmap for AJ-AK Holdings in line with the company’s tagline — “New ERA of Business Collaboration”.
- Define clear growth strategies to position the company as a leading business collaboration and holding group in Dubai and the UAE.
- Identify new business verticals, diversification opportunities, and potential acquisitions or partnerships.
- Business Development & Growth
- Lead aggressive business development efforts to secure high-value clients, strategic partnerships, and collaborations across 10+ industries.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing operations and launching new revenue streams.
- Oversee the full business collaboration cycle: Planning → Implementation → Operation → Revenue Generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, government entities, investors, and potential partners in the UAE.
- Operational Excellence
- Provide overall leadership and direction to all departments and group companies (including Al Janahi Technical Services and other ventures).
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, high service quality, and operational excellence across all business units.
- Implement robust systems, processes, and performance metrics to monitor and improve productivity.
- Financial Management & Performance
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Ensure sustainable profitability and achievement of financial targets set by the Board.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and resource allocation effectively.
- Team Leadership & Organizational Development
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing executive and management team.
- Foster a strong company culture focused on collaboration, professionalism, and results.
- Attract, retain, and develop top talent across the organization.
- Real Estate & Asset Management
- Drive growth in the real estate portfolio, including plot acquisitions, leasing, property management, and development opportunities.
- Oversee rental strategies and optimization of existing and new properties.
- Compliance, Risk & Governance
- Ensure full compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Manage legal, regulatory, and operational risks effectively.
- Maintain high standards of corporate governance and ethical business practices.
- External Representation & Networking
- Act as the primary face of AJ-AK Holdings in the UAE business community.
- Represent the company at high-level networking events, chambers of commerce, business forums, and government meetings.
- Enhance the company’s brand reputation and visibility in Dubai’s competitive market.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Promote innovation and adoption of modern business practices suitable for the “New ERA of Business Collaboration”.
- Continuously evaluate market trends and competitor activities to keep the company ahead.
- Reporting & Board Relations
- Provide regular, transparent reports on company performance, opportunities, and challenges to the Chairman and Board.
- Work closely with the Board to align executive actions with shareholder expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years as CEO, MD, or similar C-level role in the UAE
- Strong background in business development, strategic partnerships, or management consulting
- Proven success in scaling businesses and building sustainable collaborations
- Excellent command of English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- UAE driving license and local market knowledge preferred

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
