We are partnering with a leading investment platform to appoint a Senior Operating Leader to act as a Value Creation Expert across its portfolio. This is a high-impact role focused on working closely with management teams to deliver step-change EBITDA growth and operational transformation.

The position offers exposure across sectors including healthcare, education, technology, infrastructure, and consumer, with regular travel across the Gulf to engage directly with portfolio companies.

What you’ll do:

Own value creation plans from post-acquisition through to exit readiness across a portfolio of assets.

Drive EBITDA growth through commercial acceleration, margin optimisation, cost transformation, and digital initiatives.

Work hand-in-hand with executive teams, acting as a hands-on advisor or stepping into interim C-suite roles when required.

Partner with deal teams on due diligence, assessing commercial opportunities and validating value creation levers.

Lead exit preparation, including EBITDA quality improvement, leadership strengthening, ESG positioning, and vendor due diligence readiness.

Your Profile10–15 years of experience with strong P&L ownership; background as a CEO, COO, CFO, or senior consultant with private equity exposure.

Proven experience working with or within private equity environments, with a clear understanding of investment cycles and value creation.

Deep expertise in at least one area such as revenue growth, operational excellence, finance transformation, or digital strategy.

Sector exposure across healthcare, education, technology, infrastructure, consumer, or related industries.

Strong academic track record; MBA from a top-tier institution is advantageous.

Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
