Role Description

You will be selling Luxury and Premium hotels and resorts in Dubai, Bali and Australia, working with some of the biggest brands.

This is a remote contract role for a closer on the Property Sales Team. The Closer will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role requires strong communication, organisation, and a focus on delivering a professional client experience.

Job KPI & Metrics 10-15 Interested leads daily from Meta Campaigns 5-6 Zoom meetings a day 3-6 Deals a month Average commission of 20k USD

Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Contact and engage potential clients through WhatsApp, Zoom, and other outreach channels.
• ⁠ Speak to leads on Zoom and WhatsApp with the attempt to close deals.
• ⁠ ⁠Walk clients through brochures and the project details.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of client interactions within the CRM
• ⁠ ⁠Build rapport and maintain a professional client experienceWhat we provide

Requirements

• ⁠ ⁠Familiarity with CRM tools and scheduling software
