Strategic Partnerships Lead (SME & Innovation Ecosystem)

We're partnering with a leading government-backed organisation driving entrepreneurship, SME growth, innovation, and investment initiatives across the UAE. They are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Lead to build and manage high-impact partnerships with venture capital firms, corporates, accelerators, incubators, government entities, and other key ecosystem stakeholders, helping to deliver strategic programmes that support business growth and economic development.

• Responsibilitie
• Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with organisational objectives
• Build relationships with investors, corporates, accelerators, and government stakeholders
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, MOUs, and collaboration frameworks
• Secure co-funding opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Represent the organisation at industry events and ecosystem forums
• Monitor partnership performance and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Requiremen8+ years' experience in strategic partnerships, business development, innovation, or ecosystem development
• Experience within the UAE or GCC startup/SME ecosystem
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Track record of developing and managing high-value partnerships
• Experience working with public and private sector stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree required;
• Master's degree preferred
