We are working with a VVIP client on a highly confidential and unique hospitality project based in a beautiful part of the Middle East. We are seeking a team of exceptional Female Housekeeping Supervisors to oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, suites and public areas are maintained to impeccable 5* luxury standards.
This is a rare opportunity to join an exclusive, newly established project and take on a key supervisory role within a fteam of 80. The successful candidate will lead housekeeping staff on the ground, uphold exceptional presentation standards, and ensure that VIP and high-profile guests experience flawless service at all times. All shortlisted candidates will be required to sign a strict NDA.
Interviews will be conducted in person, with travel expenses reimbursed. The anticipated start date is June / July. Open to all nationalities. We can only consider female applicants for cultural reasons. We can’t consider candidates with previous Middle East experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, suites and public areas
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Assign daily duties and monitor productivity of housekeeping team members
- Train and mentor staff on cleaning techniques, luxury service standards and VIP protocols
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Guest Relations and Maintenance regarding room readiness
- Ensure all VIP suites are prepared to exceptional standards prior to arrival
- Maintain inventory of linens, cleaning supplies and amenities with proper storage and control
- Report maintenance issues promptly and follow through to resolution
- Handle guest concerns related to housekeeping with professionalism and discretion
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene and safety regulations
- Uphold impeccable grooming and presentation standards within the team
- Maintain absolute confidentiality at all times
Ideal Candidate
- Female (essential)
- Open to all nationalities
- 5–10 years’ experience within luxury hospitality housekeeping operations
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity within a 5* environment
- Previous experience within internationally recognised 5* resorts such as The One & Only, Four Seasons, St Regis or Six Senses is essential or strong yachting experience
- Must not have previously worked in the Middle East
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Professional, discreet and confident when interacting with VIP guests
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems
- Available to commence in June / July

- Salary: 15,000 – 17,000 QAR net per month (approximately $4,000 – $4,600 net per month)
