About the Role
We are seeking a Website Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize company websites across our real estate, hospitality, construction, and investment businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing websites that support lead generation, marketing campaigns, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update company websites and landing pages.
- Build websites using WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms.
- Ensure websites are mobile-responsive, secure, and optimized for speed and performance.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
- Integrate websites with CRM systems, lead capture forms, booking engines, payment gateways, and third-party applications.
- Manage website hosting, domain configurations, backups, and security updates.
- Implement tracking tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal website functionality.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in website development.
- Strong knowledge of:
- WordPressShopify
- HTML, CSS, JavaScriptBasic PHP and MySQLExperience with website hosting, DNS management, and SSL certificates.
- Understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.
- Experience integrating forms, CRM systems, and third-party tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing websites for real estate, hospitality, or construction companies.
- Familiarity with Elementor, WPBakery, or similar page builders.
- Experience with automation tools such as Make or Zapier.
- Basic graphic design or UI/UX knowledge.
