Role Summary

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to support the development and maintenance of internal business applications.

This role will work across backend development, frontend applications, and system integrations. The successful candidate should be able to contribute independently on assigned tasks while continuing to develop their technical skills across a range of technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using C# / .NET
• Support Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Build and support REST APIs and system integrations
• Contribute to frontend development using JavaScript frameworks (React preferred)
• Design and maintain SQL queries, data models, and database structures
• Develop automation scripts (Python) for business and operational needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing business applications
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Participate in system testing, debugging, and continuous improvement
• Follow development best practices, including version control (Git) and structured deployment processes
• Maintain clear technical documentation

Skills Capabilities & Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in software development
• Hands-on experience with C# / .NET development
• Experience working with REST APIs and integrations
• Good working knowledge of SQL databases
• Experience in frontend development using JavaScript (React preferred)
• Basic experience with Python scripting is an advantage
• Exposure to application support / troubleshooting in production
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to work independently on assigned tasks
