ORACLE FUSION SPECIALIST, HYBRID
My client, a leading organisation within the public sector, is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Specialist to work on a hybrid basis, with travel across UK sites when required.
You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion data migration programmes, supporting the transition from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion across critical business areas including HCM, Finance, and Procurement.
You will be responsible for designing, managing, and delivering high-quality data migration solutions, ensuring data integrity, governance, and alignment with business requirements, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion data migration activities across multiple projects
- Design and develop ETL pipelines to automate data migration processes
- Perform source-to-target data mapping (Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment and integration across all programme phases
- Support and drive data cleansing activities to ensure data quality
- Monitor data migration processes and resolve issues related to data quality, schema mismatches, or system compatibility
- Conduct data validation and testing post-migration to ensure successful transfer and accuracy in the target system
- Ensure adherence to data governance principles, maintaining transparency and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion, with EBS experience being essential
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion data migration projects (HCM, Finance, Procurement)
- Experience developing ETL pipelines for large-scale data migration programmes
- Strong experience in data mapping from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion
- Solid understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
