We are seeking a Marketplace Consultant to drive the growth and success of third-party sellers on a leading e-commerce platform. The role involves managing seller relationships, identifying growth opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations, and supporting sellers in optimizing their online business performance.
Key Responsibilitie
- sAct as a trusted advisor to seller partners, providing insights and recommendations to grow their business
- .Manage a portfolio of sellers and identify opportunities for revenue and category growth
- .Analyze seller performance, identify business challenges, and recommend improvement strategies
- .Educate sellers on platform standards, policies, and customer experience best practices
- .Track and report business performance metrics and prepare actionable growth plans
- .Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support seller success and drive business objectives
.Requirement
- sBachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- .3+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, E-commerce, Retail, Consulting, or related fields
- .Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- .Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred
- .Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- .Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
.Preferre
- dExperience in Beauty or Personal Care categories
- .E-commerce or Retail experience within the GCC region
- .Knowledge of SQL, Salesforce, Oracle BI, or similar analytical tools
- .Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline
