Key Responsibilities

• Analyze CRM and customer lifecycle data
• Generate reports for sales and marketing teams
• Work with Salesforce data and dashboards
• Support campaign and performance analysis
• Ensure data quality and consistency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of Data Analyst experience
• Experience with CRM/Salesforce data
• Strong SQL and reporting skills

• Salesforce reporting and dashboards
• Experience with customer analytics
• BI tools experience
