Lead Data Analyst

🚀 Lead Data & Analytics | Remote (Netherlands)We’re looking for a Lead Data & Analytics professional to own and shape a growing Data function into a scalable, modern platform that enables decision-making across the business.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will combine technical depth with strategic influence, helping transform an evolving DataOps setup into a unified, product-oriented data capability.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team, define the data strategy, and ensure data engineering, analytics, and BI work together as a coherent ecosystem. At the same time, you’ll stay close to the technology-shaping architecture, improving pipelines, and setting standards for quality, governance, and scalability.

You’ll also play a key role in stakeholder alignment, prioritisation, and turning ambiguity into clear direction and execution.

What you bring

• Strong experience leading data teams in Agile environments, solid background in data engineering and analytics, hands-on SQL and Python in production, and the ability to balance technical leadership with people management and communication.
