The Wealth business in particular is on a significant growth trajectory with ambitious plans to engage, service and support the customer base of 3.3m. This is a new role in Retail Wealth & GI which has arisen following the decision to amalgamate various strands of commercial and advisor performance activity into one area.

The skills and capabilities within the team will comprise relationship skills, sector and market expertise, in addition to critical focus on Business Performance.

Business Reporting of underlying Wealth & GI performance will be a key responsible for the role. Principle Accountabilities:

Understand, effectively communicate and report on all drivers of Wealth performance for a wide range of stakeholders including Retail SMT and the wider Wealth Management team. Provide weekly and monthly Management Information (MI) packs to key stakeholders across the business.

This MI will include summaries across key performance metrics of consultation activity, paid on income, business written / in pipeline and under negotiation. Work closely with the Head of the Business Performance & Reporting to highlight and develop key performance insights to support future business decision making.

Assist in the completion of various other internal and external reports such as Regulatory, Budget, NPS and Scorecards etc. Minimum Criteria; Advanced skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Qlikview.
