Data Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Design and deliver end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions, including data models, interactive dashboards, and reporting layers.
• Build and optimize data architectures by integrating enterprise data sources and developing efficient SQL queries.
• Establish and govern KPI frameworks to ensure consistency and alignment across business reporting.
• Drive data quality, governance, and best practices in data transformation, documentation, and access control.
• Perform advanced analytics, including exploratory data analysis and forecasting to support business performance tracking.

What You'll Need

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in a quantitative field such as Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics.
• Strong experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) including data modeling, DAX, data preparation, and dashboard design.
• Solid knowledge of data architecture principles, including database design, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
• Experience integrating data from CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
