Commercial Data Analyst (1-year contract)

Swire Coca-Cola is looking for a Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience to support the Global Commercial Department. The role will focus on data extraction, dashboard development, and performance tracking to enable fact-based decision-making. The analyst will leverage Power BI and other analytical tools to build dashboards, monitor key metrics, and uncover actionable insights that drive revenue growth.

This role reports to the General Manager of the Global Commercial Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and manage large datasets from multiple sources.
• Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and tracking tools in Power BI.Provide accurate reporting and performance monitoring for revenue growth initiatives.
• Translate data into clear actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyse, interpret trends or patterns and to ensure data-driven alignment.
• The Successful Applicant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial data analysis and visualization.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI (or similar tools)
• Solid knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies, such as SQL, R, Python, and Excel for data analysis.
• Understanding of data analytics techniques and methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience working with large and complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present insights effectively, including the demonstrated ability to find actionable items in data and to present complex data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
