Senior Product Manager – E-commerce Fulfillment & Logistics

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – E-commerce Fulfillment & Logistics to join a strategic digital transformation initiative for a leading grocery and retail e-commerce platform in the UAE.
This role is focused on end-to-end order lifecycle, fulfillment operations, and delivery systems, working closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to design and optimize scalable digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis efforts across the end-to-end e-commerce lifecycle (checkout → order management → fulfillment → last mile delivery)
- Translate complex operational processes into structured system workflows and scalable product requirements
- Own and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
- Analyze and optimize fulfillment operations, warehouse processes, and delivery performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations, CX) to deliver high-impact solutions
- Identify bottlenecks across the order lifecycle and define data-driven improvements
- Support the design and enhancement of systems such as:
- Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Delivery & last-mile platforms
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation
- Track KPIs related to SLA, delivery success, cancellations, fulfillment efficiency, and customer experience
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Product Operations
- Strong experience within:
- E-commerce / Marketplace / Grocery platforms
- Logistics / Supply Chain / Fulfillment / Last-mile delivery
- Hands-on experience working on:
- Order lifecycle systems
- Fulfillment operations
- Delivery or logistics platforms
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, backlog management, sprint planning)
- Ability to convert business problems into end-to-end system solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
