About the Role
An established, data-driven technology firm supporting the financial services sector is looking for a hands-on Product Manager to drive the development of innovative digital products. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building products from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: planning, development, launch, and iteration
- Collaborate with distributed engineering teams to deliver high-quality releases
- Conduct customer research, validate hypotheses, and iterate toward product-market.
- Own go-to-market initiatives including beta programmes, onboarding flows, and pricing strategies
- Engage key stakeholders across leadership, commercial teams, and external partners
- Track and analyse product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Stay informed on fintech, regulatory, and market trends impacting product strategy
Requirements
- 5–10 years of product management experience, preferably in tech-driven environments
- Proven success building and launching products from 0 to 1 (startup or scale-up experience ideal)
- Experience working closely with or managing engineering teams
- Excellent Agile/Scrum execution and backlog management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, experimentation, and KPI tracking
- Excellent communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Domain exposure in fintech, payments, or financial services
- Comfortable engaging with technical concepts (APIs, system architecture, build vs buy decisions)
Nice to Have
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products or integrating AI into product workflows
- Familiarity with compliance domains (e.g., KYC, AML, financial crime)
- Experience with RegTech platforms or API-based integrations
