What You'll Do
- Review career-related questions from professionals navigating different stages of their product management careers
- Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level, realistic PM career guidance
- Build structured rubrics for objectively evaluating AI-generated career advice
- Identify responses from AI systems that are inaccurate, overly generic, or professionally unsound
- Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching quality
- Work independently and asynchronously — entirely on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced Product Manager with a meaningful professional track record
- Strong command of product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management
- Experience mentoring or developing junior product professionals or APMs
- Excellent written communication skills — able to distill complex PM thinking into clear, actionable guidance
- No prior AI evaluation or annotation experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in Canadian tech companies, startups, or enterprise environments
- Senior PM, Group PM, or product leadership experience
- Track record of launching and scaling products
- Deep collaboration experience with engineering, design, and data teams
- Background in coaching, mentoring, or professional development
