Replenishment is the heartbeat of the fashion industry and you'll be the one who turns strategy into shipped product. As Product Manager for our Replenishment products (B2B domain), you own how brands and retailers manage inventory, automate reorders, and transact at scale come to life in the product.
You combine deep domain expertise with strong product craft to deliver on a product area that directly impacts the business outcomes of hundreds of fashion companies.
You work closely with the Head of Replenishment, the founders and commercial teams to define where this area is headed and you own getting it there, leading a cross-functional team of engineers and designers from idea to launch, while staying connected to Product Success and, where it sharpens the product, customers themselves.

- Own the roadmap and end-to-end delivery for Replenishment products - from automated reorder logic to B2B ordering workflows - translating business strategy into shipped product
- Act as the sparring partner to the Head of Replenishment on strategy and product bets, then take full ownership of turning those bets into reality
- Become a go-to expert on how brands and retailers manage stock, forecast demand, and transact - so you can pressure-test ideas and make sharp prioritization calls Run structured discovery with users in close partnership with Product Success to surface unmet needs and validate solutions before they're built
- Define, track, and own the metrics that matter - sell-through rates, order automation rates, time-to-reorder - and use them to prioritize ruthlessly
- Translate complex supply chain and B2B commerce concepts into clear, actionable initiatives for engineering and design
- Drive alignment across sales, customer success, and leadership on roadmap direction and trade-offs

About You
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or supply chain/commerce platforms
- You have a track record of shipping products that move commercial metrics, not just shipping features
- You're comfortable with data & AI - you can write SQL to answer your own questions, build a forecast, and argue about instrumentation with engineers
- You understand B2B buying dynamics: procurement cycles, ERP integrations, EDI, and how decisions get made in retail or brand organizations
- You've worked closely with sales and customer success teams and know how to balance customer-specific asks against scalable product direction
- You can navigate technical complexity - not because you write code, but because you ask the right questions and earn engineering trust
- Fluent in English;
- Dutch or German is a plus
