As Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the customer onboarding journey and customer settings experience, with a strong focus on Teens & Parents and Young Adults. You’ll be shaping how customers first enter the product, build trust, and manage their account with ease, while balancing growth, user experience and compliance.

- Defining and driving the vision, strategy and roadmap for Customer & Onboarding and Customer Settings
- Creating onboarding and account management experiences that are intuitive, engaging and compliant
- Using product discovery, data and customer insights to validate assumptions and improve solutions
- Optimising conversion, activation and early lifecycle engagement together with Growth
- Ensuring customer settings are clear, secure and easy to manage.
Collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Growth and other key stakeholdersWorking in a Product Trio model alongside a Product Designer and Engineering Lead.
- Bringing focus, clarity and strong prioritisation in a complex product environment
- You’ll bring5+ years of experience in Product Management
- Experience building or scaling customer-facing products
- A strong understanding of onboarding, growth, funnels, activation or lifecycle journey
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to create clarity and direction in complex environments
- A collaborative mindset and interest in improving product ways of working
- Fluent English and preferably Dutch
- Bonus points
- Experience working in a regulated environment
- Background in fintech, banking, payments or digital customer journeys
- Experience with Teens, Parents, Young Adults or family-focused products.
