My client is looking for a hands-on, builder-minded Product Manager (AI) to join a small, focused product team working closely with AI and developers.
As a key member, you’ll report directly to the Head of Product and work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers to define, build and iterate on AI-powered features at speed. This is not a process-heavy role; it is a building role. You are comfortable getting into the details, writing sharp specs, prototyping and course-correcting quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Feature Development: Own the definition and iteration of AI-powered features, working directly with engineers to specify, test and refine LLM-based capabilities in the product.
- Product Discovery and Roadmap: Contribute to maintaining a focused product roadmap that balances customer value, business objectives and the opportunities that AI unlocks.
- Close Developer Collaboration: Work directly with the engineering team on a day-to-day basis, removing ambiguity, making fast decisions and keeping delivery on track.
- Feature Definition and Prioritization: Define sharp, actionable requirements based on customer feedback, market signals and emerging AI capabilities.
- Cut scope ruthlessly to ship value fast.
- Product Strategy: Contribute to product strategy alongside the Head of Product, with a specific focus on where AI can create competitive advantage in compliance and risk management.
Qualifications
- AI Track Record: You have shipped AI-powered features and can speak concretely about the decisions you made, the tools or models you worked with and what you learned.
- You use AI actively in your daily workflow.
- Product Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.Builder Mindset: You prefer doing over coordinating.
- You own features end to end, from discovery through delivery, and you use AI to validate and test ideas with customers and stakeholders faster than traditional processes allow.
- Technical Fluency: You are comfortable working in detail with developers.
- You don’t need to write code, but you are a critical part of removing complexity for developers while building features together.
- Passion for Customer Value: You care about solving real problems for real users and can translate complex compliance challenges into simple, intuitive product experiences.
