We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Senior / Product Manager to join our SME Business Banking team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about Business banking product development, digital transformation, and building innovative banking solutions for SME and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving product strategy, developing new business opportunities, and working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver competitive and customer-centric banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and execute product strategies and new product initiatives for SME and Business banking, covering lending, deposits, trade finance, cash management and electronic banking channels.

-Identify market opportunities, customer needs and competitor trends to enhance the bank's product proposition and strengthen its market competitiveness.

-Drive sales and business performance for Business banking products and services, working closely with frontline sales teams to achieve revenue and portfolio growth targets.

-Formulate tailored product and service solutions for targeted client segments, and collaborate with retail banking, treasury, operations, risk, compliance, technology and other business units to support cross-business initiatives.

-Support the planning and execution of strategic projects, including cross-border banking solutions, digital banking channels, API-related initiatives and other emerging financial services opportunities.

-Ensure all Business banking products and services are developed and managed in compliance with relevant regulatory, compliance and internal control requirements.

-Review policies, procedures, risk assessment materials and operating processes to identify potential compliance, operational and business risks.

-Promote the Business banking brand through product campaigns, client propositions, marketing materials and frontline communication.

-Conduct product training and provide product support to frontline staff to enhance sales effectiveness and product knowledge.

-Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments as required by senior management.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines.

-Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in product development, product management or business management within SME / Business banking.

-Solid knowledge of Business banking products, including lending, deposits, trade finance, cash management and electronic banking channels.

-Strong understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from product design, approval, implementation, launch to post-launch management.

-Experience in cross-border banking products, digital banking, API development or system implementation would be an advantage.

-Strong commercial sense, project management capability and stakeholder management skills.

-Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and perform under tight timelines.

-Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

-Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.

-Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
