Marketing - Product Manager (Toys and Electronic)

Working as part of an 10-strong Marketing team and under the supervision of the Marketing Director, he/she is responsible for designing new products or updating old ones, considering current tastes in the segments for which he/she is responsible. He/she then follows up the launch of the products on the market. In particular, he/she is responsible for:

• Product design with the development teams, purchasing department and quality department of the Hong Kong subsidiary,
• Creation of packaging, cosmetic products, and instructions manual for use,
• Validation of licensed products with licensor,
• Creation of sales support tools (product sheets, sales training, videos, etc.),
• Preparing for international trade shows,
• Marketing support for European sales teams,
• Competitive intelligence and market needs analysis
• Building product ranges after analyzing market positioning.

Profile

• Business School and / or University Master
• 2 years’ experience desirable.
• Taste for teamwork, inquisitive and creative mind.
• Rigor and interest in the world of multimedia and/or children would be a plus.
• Mastery of the world of marketing, particularly digital marketing.
• Availability, dynamism, negotiation and persuasion skills. International outlook.
• Fluency in English is a must. French is a plus.

Depending of the candidate experience, the role of assistant product manager will be considered.
