We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager to drive the delivery of customer-facing digital products within a large-scale transformation environment.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can bridge business, tech, and customer experience - owning products from concept through to launch and adoption.
What you’ll do:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation to launch and optimisation
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements & user stories
- Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver digital solutions
- Drive go-to-market, rollout, and adoption of new features
- Monitor product performance, user behaviour, and KPIs to continuously improve
- Support change, training, and stakeholder communications for successful delivery What we’re looking for:5–8 years’ experience in digital product, transformation, or delivery (banking / FS preferred)
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, Agile, and digital delivery
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (tech, business, UX)
- Solid stakeholder management & communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with focus on customer experience and outcomes
- Fluent in English & Cantonese
