Job description
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our expanding team and take ownership of our platforms serving our internal team and enterprise customers. Reporting to the Product Lead, you will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for both — bringing structure, rigour, and operational clarity to products that power our day-to-day business and commercial relationships.
This is a role for someone who thrives in the complexity of operational systems and workflows, and finds satisfaction in making internal processes work seamlessly.
Key responsibilities
- Product discovery and documentation: Audit existing product functionality, reconstruct undocumented logic and workflows, and establish a structured foundation of requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Roadmap ownership: Define and maintain the product roadmap for Admin and Merchant Portals, balancing quick wins with longer-term platform improvements
- Stakeholder engagement: Work closely with internal teams such as customer service and operations to understand day-to-day needs, gather feedback, and ensure the platforms continue to serve them effectively
- Enterprise client engagement: Develop an understanding of enterprise client needs and represent their perspective internally when shaping the Merchant Portal roadmap
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with engineering, QA, and design as the primary product point of contact — clarifying requirements, unblocking decisions, and ensuring delivery stays on track
- Launch and iteration: Own feature rollouts end-to-end, define operational metrics, and drive continuous improvement based on team feedback and usage patterns
- Data and insights: Analyse usage patterns and operational data across both portals to identify friction points and inform prioritisation decisions
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, enterprise software, consulting, or a related role — with demonstrated ownership of internal tools, B2B platforms, or back-office systems, and direct engagement with stakeholders to translate operational needs into product decisions
- Strong process and systems thinking, with the ability to map complex workflows, bring structure to ambiguous products, and anticipate how changes ripple across operations
- Skilled at driving alignment across engineering, operations, and commercial teams without direct authority
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively across competing demands and maintain attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven - comfortable operating with autonomy to make educated decisions and manage project execution
- Proficiency in Agile methodology and tools such as Notion, Jira, or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
