Role Overview
- As a Senior Product Manager
- Platform & Web3 at First Digital, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering our core platform capabilities, including the Smart
- Trust Client Portal, Back
- Office systems, and emerging SaaS offerings.
- In addition, you will spearhead our blockchain- and Web3-native initiatives—such as Stablecoin-as-a-Service (Scaa
- S), L1/L2 onboarding, and non-EVM chain integrations —ensuring First Digital remains at the forefront of digital asset innovation.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of fintech infrastructure, emerging blockchain technology, and cross-functional leadership. You will work closely with Engineering, Compliance, Business Development, and Product colleagues to execute roadmaps, identify growth opportunities, and enhance our platform’s scalability, usability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform & Web3 Product Ownership
- Drive Strategy: Lead the product strategy and roadmap execution for Web3 initiatives, blockchain-native services, and treasury solutions.
- Translate & Execute: Convert complex business and technical objectives into clear, actionable product deliverables that support platform scalability and innovation.
- Innovate: Champion new platform components, features, and enhancements that align with strategic goals and market demands.
- Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Mentor: Provide mentorship and guidance to other Product Managers, helping elevate overall team capability, alignment, and ownership.
- Collaborate: Facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and BD to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.
- Subject Matter Expert: Act as the go-to expert in Web3 and blockchain technology within the broader Product and First Digital teams.
- Strategic Insight & Problem Solving
- Growth & Partnerships: Identify and evaluate new business development opportunities, partnerships, and integrations to expand our blockchain ecosystem offering.
- Systems Thinking: Apply structured systems thinking to balance user needs, technical feasibility, compliance requirements, and commercial value.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor KPIs and product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and effectively communicate impact to key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Skills
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on fintech platforms, SaaS solutions, or digital asset services.
- Crypto/Web3 Expertise: Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, smart contracts, non-EVM chains, and token standards (e.g., ERC-20, SPL, etc.).
- Infrastructure Fluency: Hands-on experience managing platform or infrastructure products and navigating complex operational workflows.
- Execution Excellence: Proven success in managing product roadmaps, delivering cross-functional projects, and thriving amid ambiguity.
- Technical Literacy: Comfortable collaborating closely with engineering and technical architecture teams; ability to evaluate system scalability and API/protocol integrations.
