Campaign Management System: Design a self-service platform where operators can create, launch, and manage promotional campaigns without engineering support.
Think "Photoshop for marketing campaigns.-Content & Communication Hub: Build unified systems for managing all customer touchpoints—banners, push notifications, emails, in-app messages—with scheduling, targeting, and versioning capabilities.-Experimentation Infrastructure: Develop A/B testing tools that allow operators to test everything from headline copy to recommendation algorithms, with statistical rigor built in.-Automation & Intelligence: Create workflow automation (if-this-then-that for marketing) and ML-powered recommendations ("Users like this respond better to discount X").-Performance Analytics: Real-time dashboards and attribution models that connect operational actions to business outcomes.

Qualifications
3+ years as a Product Manager building internal tools, B2B platforms, or marketing technology.-Technical Depth: Understanding of CMS architecture, rule engines, workflow systems.
Ability to discuss APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture with engineers.-Operational Empathy: You've either worked in operations or closely with operators.
You understand their daily workflows and pain points.-Data Infrastructure Knowledge: Experience with data pipelines, ETL, and analytics platforms.
You know how to make data accessible to non-technical users.-Systems Thinking: Ability to abstract specific requests ("I need a banner for X") into platform capabilities ("We need a flexible banner system").
Proficient in leveraging AI applications and agents to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and drive productivity.
