SPW APP (M4) Product Manager Purpose & Overall Relevance For The OrganizationCreate Product based on X-BU’s market Input: SPW, Training, SPSP Work closely with all creation functions (Design, Developer, Sourcing) to execute product Creation
Key Responsibilities
- Show understanding of the product creation process whilst managing all tasks within the given time frames, with special attention to speed to market
- Work within cross-functional team and with interlinked departments to enable an efficient product creation process with an optimum product outcome
- Actively execute spot or Ad-hoc product Creation (e.g. existing fabrics or already developed/existing styles from global / supplier)
- Understanding Apparel knowledge (material, technology, pattern) and capability to work closely with T1/T2 Factories
- Proactively Capturing latest Market trend & Consumer insights, implement into Product creation
- Actively Communicate with different BU, and execute Product creation based on their input
- Work independently on projects and follow up on project development
- Key Relationships
- Maintain a strong relationship and ensure constant dialogue/feedback withbusiness unit across : SPW, Training, Value Rangecross-functional team : Design, Developer, Materials, Costing, Planning

- Requisite Education And Experience /
Minimum Qualifications
- College degree, preferably in Project Management / marketing / business6-8 years Product Marketing or Project Management experience with APP, FTW or ACC background
- Fluent in English
