We are looking for a highly organised and execution-focused Project Manager to bring structure, visibility and discipline to business-as-usual (BAU) operations and cross-functional initiatives. This role is responsible for establishing governance, managing delivery and ensuring key projects, particularly product development, launches and activations are executed effectively in a fast-moving, scaling organisation.
The role reports into the Marketing Function and will work cross-functionally to enable the business to scale with control, clarity and accountability.
Core Responsibilities
- Governance & Operating Rhythm Design and maintain fit-for-purpose governance, reporting and delivery cadence across business-as-usual (BAU) activities and strategic initiatives.
- Establish clear standards for scope, milestones, dependencies and decision-making.
- Provide transparent, data-led reporting on progress, risks, issues and resource constraints to support timely decision-making.
- Project & Initiative Management
- Own end-to-end project management for priority initiatives including New Product Development (NPD), product launches and market activations and campaigns.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end project plans, including critical paths and key dependencies ensuring alignment across functions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Operations, Marketing, Business Development and Finance.
- Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies using structured mitigation plans and clear escalation paths.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Finance and Research and Development (R&D) to deliver projects effectively.
- Act as the central point of coordination and communication, ensuring clarity on roles, responsibilities, timelines and decision ownership.
- Facilitate cross-functional forums, project reviews and decision checkpoints to drive alignment and momentum.
- Influence without authority, constructively resolving conflicts and driving accountability to keep initiatives on track.
- Project Management Tools & Artefacts
- Develop, implement and maintain project management toolsets, templates and artefacts (e.g. project plans, trackers, risk logs, decision logs, status reports).
- Ensure consistent use of tools and artefacts to drive clarity, accountability and execution discipline.
- Continuously evolve project management tools and ways of working to suit the scale and maturity of the organisation.BAU Coordination & Execution Support
- Bring structure and visibility to recurring operational activities, ensuring alignment to business priorities and plans.
- Support the broader leadership team with planning, prioritisation and execution insights.
- Continuous Improvement
- Use data and performance insights to identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
- Capture and apply learnings from completed initiatives to strengthen future execution.

- Excellent planning, prioritisation and organisational skills, including critical path management.
- Ability to assess, manage and mitigate delivery risk proactively.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Capability to design and operate governance, reporting and decision-making frameworks.
- Analytical data-led mindset with the ability to translate delivery metrics into actionable insights.
- Adaptability and resilience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Clear and concise communication, able to align teams and escalate issues effectively.
- Experience5-8+ years’ experience in project or programme management.
- Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Project management certification e.g., PRINCE2 or equivalent and risk management certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain environments desirable.
