Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

This is an active contract opportunity with our client based in Toronto. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Senior Consultant to lead a complex program over a 15–18-month engagement. This position is suited to someone who can bring structure to evolving priorities, coordinate stakeholders effectively, and move key initiatives from planning through execution.

The successful candidate will combine strong delivery leadership with the ability to support integration-related activities and guide progress toward long-term program goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of program activities, ensuring timelines, scope, and priorities remain aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource needs throughout the engagement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and keep initiatives moving forward.
• Oversee integration-related workstreams, including coordination of tasks connected to IMIS and associated business processes.
• Facilitate status meetings, prepare progress updates, and communicate key decisions, risks, and action items to leadership and project teams.
• Identify potential delivery challenges early and implement practical solutions to maintain momentum and achieve target outcomes.
• Support planning and execution activities tied to system integration efforts as part of the broader program roadmap.
• Promote consistent project governance practices, documentation standards, and accountability across all phases of delivery.
