About the Role
We are seeking a Campaign Delivery Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise communications initiatives. This role will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring projects are effectively managed from intake through execution while maintaining timelines, priorities, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, and has experience coordinating complex communications or marketing-related projects. Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and Workfront expertise are essential for success in this role.
What You'll Do
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans to ensure successful delivery of communications initiatives
- Manage project scope, timelines, priorities, dependencies, and resource capacity across multiple concurrent projects
- Partner closely with business stakeholders and intent owners to gather requirements and facilitate project execution
- Lead project reviews, status updates, timeline adjustments, and risk mitigation efforts throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
- Monitor project health and proactively identify, escalate, and resolve roadblocks
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and delivery teams to drive alignment and execution
- Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated throughout the lifecycle
- Utilize Workfront to manage workflows, project tracking, reporting, and status visibility
- Leverage Slack and other collaboration tools to support daily communication and project coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management, campaign delivery, marketing operations, or related experience
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project planning, timeline management, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience partnering with senior-level business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive projects to completion
- Advanced proficiency with Workfront (required)
- Experience using Slack and other collaboration tools
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
