- What you’ll be doing
- Run projects from kick-off → planning → delivery → closure (hybrid PMBOK-style + agile delivery)
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (business + IT) across multiple countries
- Drive change management and business readiness (comms, adoption, dependencies)
- Keep things on track with clear reporting, RAID, and governance (steerco support where needed)
- The profile we want (this is not a senior PM hire)
- Junior to mid-level Project Manager (you can run projects independently, but you’re not looking for a “Head of PMO / Programme Director” scope)
- Fluent French + fluent English (both essential)
- Comfortable in a hybrid, international setup (remote stakeholders, distributed teams)
- Bonus: Scrum/agile exposure (you may act as Scrum Master on some initiatives)

- Hybrid working; you must be based in (or able to commute to) the Brest area, France
