About the Role

We are looking to bring on a Project Manager / Coordinator to support our global security stack implementation efforts. This role will work closely with our InfoSec Program Manager and vendor partners to help drive deployment across a broad set of tools.

• The scope includes coordinating deployments for tools such as CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, Qualys, Cyber
• Ark, Veracode, Saviynt, Wiz.io, Digi
• Cert, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Illumio, One
• Trust, Bit
• Sight, Proofpoint Zen
• Guide, and Palo Alto, with each solution moving toward go-live across our joining entities.

From a delivery perspective, we need someone who can build and actively manage a strong project plan across all tools and entities, coordinate vendors, manage risks and issues, and ensure consistent execution through to go-live. This role will also be responsible for managing SOWs, maintaining tracking in ADO and Smartsheets, and driving clear, regular status reporting.

Given the scale and importance of this work, we are looking for someone who is highly execution-focused and comfortable operating across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
