What you'll do
- Lead power infrastructure projects across your region, from quoting to handover
- Plan and schedule installation work involving both low-voltage (LV) and high-voltage (HV) systems
- Spend real time on site with the crews.
- Understand the job in the field, not just in the project plan
- Own the commercial side: scope, pricing, change orders, and the customer conversation
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, HSE and documentation so projects land on time, on budget, and safely
- Build relationships with grid operators, contractors and clients that come back project after project
- What success looks like in your first year
- You've delivered your first independent projects safely and within budget
- Your crew and your customers know you, trust you, and pick up the phone when you call
- You're quoting and scoping new work without holding anyone's hand
- You're already the person other new Project Managers come to with questions
- What we need from you
- Engineering degree, electrical power, electrotechnology, energy, or related
- Solid grounding in low- and high-voltage systems through your studies, thesis, or internships
- Strong technical understanding paired with commercial instinct
- Hands-on and can-do attitude
- Professional proficiency in Norwegian (or another Scandinavian language) and English is required, as day-to-day work is conducted primarily in Norwegian
- What would make you stand out
- Summer jobs or internships with an electrical contractor, utility, or construction company
- Thesis or coursework focused on grid infrastructure, renewables, or HV installations
- Exposure to project economics, tendering, or contract work
- Roots in Bergen, Bodø or Oslo - you plan to stay
