Construction Project Manager – Data Centre ProjectsWe are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients, leading international contractors delivering mission-critical infrastructure projects across Finland. We are seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to join major data centre developments.

The Role

As Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale data centre projects, overseeing all phases from planning through to commissioning. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Drive programme schedules, cost control, and procurement activities
• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety and quality standards
• Lead site teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving issues effectively
• Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager delivering large-scale construction projects
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience is highly desirable
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage fast-track projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Relevant construction or engineering qualification
• Willingness to travel or relocate across Europe
