Senior Project Manager

If you're a Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior PM who's bored of the same old jobs and wants to work on some of the biggest data centre projects in Europe, keep reading.I'm working with a specialist contractor delivering roofing, cladding, waterproofing and façade packages across Europe.

Their workload is growing fast, and they're looking for two Senior Project Managers to take ownership of major hyperscale data centre projects in Finland and Sweden.

This isn't a desk job.

It's a site-based role where you'll have full responsibility for delivery, programme, resources, commercial performance and client relationships on large-scale projects from start to finish.

What's involved?

• Running major roofing, cladding and façade packages on hyperscale data centres
• Managing projects from pre-construction through to handover
• Leading site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Driving programme, quality, commercial and H&S performance
• Working closely with Directors and Commercial teams
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and main contractors

Experience within the building envelope, façades, cladding, roofing or specialist subcontracting world would be ideal, but strong candidates from other major construction backgrounds will absolutely be considered.

• The package:€100,000 – €170,000 basic salary
