Project Manager (Southeast Asia Operations Management Division)

Responsibility:

Assist regional operations management office located at Hong Kong Headquarters to plan, promote, implement and optimize the group regional operations centralization strategy (Southeast Asian entities located in ASEAN countries).

Manage and closely monitor regional operations project tasks. Collaborate with relevant parties at Headquarters and group ASEAN entities in managing project dependencies across different countries’ operations.

Work effectively and efficiently with local and regional operations business partners, cross-functional departments and external parties to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with our company strategy.

Requirements

• Degree holder (Business, Project Management, Information Systems or related disciplines preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in banking operations, operations process optimization, or regional office management.
• Highly organized self-starter, with the ability to lead multiple projects to meet tight deadlines and capable to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Strong analytical skill and communication skills with strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including basic Putonghua).
• Knowledge of handling operations projects and regional management will be added advantages.
