This position will be responsible for comprehensively managing new and renovation projects for Louis Vuitton stores in Japan.

As a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager, you will comprehensively lead and manage projects, including negotiating and coordinating with local design offices and other partner companies regarding store construction, managing schedules, quality, and budgets, and reporting and coordinating with the headquarters in France and the local Japan office.

Additionally, you will provide continuous back-end support for facilities management in stores even after their opening.

Job responsibilities出店先との建築条件の整理・交渉ビジネス戦略を理解した上でルイ・ヴィトンと取引先の両社の意見を尊重し、戦略的な交渉力のもと具現化したいデザインや環境へ導く‐法的条件の整理‐構造・設備など技術的条件の整理‐必要に応じて出店先の意匠ガイドラインの修正・調整マスタースケジュールの作成と監理キックオフ意匠設計各種許認可申請期間入札各種承認時期施工図・製作施工準備・開業LVM設計部との調整業務パリの設計意図を理解し設計条件が優位なコンディションとなるよう専門知識を交えて関係機関と事前交渉・情報整理を行うローカル設計事務所とともにパリ設計部への設計予見の説明と理解パリの設計意図の具現化及び調整商品数量の確認店舗オペレーションの確認施工・製作会社との調整業務国内パートナーや部署内チームメンバーと連携、one teamとしてクリエイティブな発想が生まれるような環境を常に提供するローカル設計事務所とともに予算に合わせたＶＥ（Value Engineering）提案の調整輸入什器・備品の発注 （部内に別途専任者あり）各種契約書の作成各種発注業務工業検査施工現場確認引渡し事前検査完了検査竣工後1年検査の立会いProfileOrganizing and Negotiating Building Conditions with Store LocationsRespect both Louis Vuitton’s and the partners’ opinions based on an understanding of business strategies, and guide them towards the desired design and environment with strategic negotiation skills.

• Coordinate VE (Value Engineering) proposals according to the budget with the local design office
• Order imported fixtures and equipment (dedicated personnel available within the department)

• Requirement: 建築業界・商業施設等での設計もしくは施工監理業務の経験が5年以上ある方PCスキル：Word, Excel, PowerPoint日本語（必須）、英語を話せる方歓迎この職務には日本語のスキルが必須であるため、履歴書を日本語ヴァージョンも併せて提出してください[Required Skills and Experience]
• Over 5 years of experience in design or project management/construction supervision in the architecture industry or commercial facilities.PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Adobe, CAD skills are a plus)
• Proficiency in Japanese (mandatory), English proficiency is an advantage
