The Project Team is a core organization driving Shopee’s global expansion, leading strategic initiatives across Shopee Korea and Japan. The team owns end-to-end cross-border business agendas, exporting products from Korea and Japan to multiple markets, including Southeast Asia where Shopee holds a dominant market position.

Working closely with key stakeholders across Logistics, Operations, Payments, Product & Services, Overseas Fulfillment, and Business Intelligence, we tackle complex business challenges and build scalable solutions that enable sustainable growth. Job Description

Project-based role focused on identifying and implementing solutions to face new opportunities and address challenges in Shopee’s Cross-Border Business, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectivesProjects span multiple functions including Business Development, Operations, and Logistics, where you will identify new growth opportunities, conduct deep-dive analyses to achieve target outcomes, and drive end-to-end optimization through process improvements.

Develop project plans, track project progress, ensure projects reach expected goals, and do quality time management Lead the preparation of project status reports, including progress, issues, and risksAnalyse key business performance indicators and innovate or re-engineer processes based on industry best practices and our accelerator as well as lead issue management and develop short-term and long-term solutionLead process planning and enhancement, develop short-term and mid-to-long-term solutions to address issues, and define strategies to achieve business goals.

Coordinate and manage internal and external communications throughout project execution.

Derive actionable insights through quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive data-informed decision making비즈니스 전반에서 발생하는 신규 기회와 과제를 분석하고, 회사의 전략 방향에 맞는 프로젝트 기반 업무를 수행합니다.프로젝트는 비즈니스 개발, 운영, 물류 등 다양한 영역에 걸쳐 있으며, 그 안에서 새로운 기회를 찾고 목표한 결과를 달성하기 위한 심층 분석과 기존 프로세스 개선 등 최적화를 위한 전반적인 업무를 수행합니다. 프로젝트 계획을 수립하고 진행 상황을 관리하며, 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 리딩합니다.내부 핵심 비즈니스 지표를 분석하고, 업계 우수 사례 및 내부 전략을 바탕으로 글로벌 시장과 한국의 가교역할을 수행합니다. 프로세스 기획 및 개선을 주도하며, 단기·중장기 이슈 해결 방안, 목표달성 전략을 수립합니다. 프로젝트 진행 과정에서 내·외부 커뮤니케이션 관련 업무를 수행하고 조율합니다.데이터 분석을 통해 실행 가능한 인사이트를 도출하고, 데이터 기반 의사결정을 지원합니다.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of working experience
• Experienced in the full life cycle project, from strategy to implementation
• Experienced in KPI strategy/planning and execution.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning skills
• Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn and share knowledge
• Proactive and take ownership of one's work
• Detail-oriented, well organised, efficient, and effective
• Work experience in a management consulting firm or relevant fields are preferred but not a must학사 학위 이상 보유자로, 5년 이상의 실무 경험을 보유하신 분전략 수립부터 실행까지 프로젝트 전 과정을 경험해 보신 분KPI 기획 및 운영을 경험하신 분 논리적 사고력과 분석 역량이 뛰어나신 분한국어 및 영어로 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 가능하며, 협업을 위한 관리 역량을 갖추신 분팀워크를 중시하며, 긍정적인 태도로 학습과 지식 공유에 적극적인 분주도적으로 업무를 추진하고, 본인의 역할과 결과에 대한 오너십을 갖추신 분세부 사항까지 꼼꼼하게 관리하며, 체계적이고 효율적인 업무 수행이 가능한 분컨설팅 회사 또는 유관 분야 근무 경험을 보유하신 분 (우대)
