Business Development Manager Freight Forwarding

£65,000–£80,000 + commission + car/allowance

Headford Group is working with a leading freight forwarder who is growing its commercial team and is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong track record in freight forwarding sales.

If you’re driven, commercially sharp and confident winning new business, this role offers serious earning potential.

What you’ll do

• Win and develop new business
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Take a consultative approach to understand client needs
• Negotiate commercial agreements
• Work closely with ops, customs and internal teams

What you’ll need

• Proven freight forwarding sales experience
• Strong knowledge of Air, Sea and/or Road
• Confident managing the full sales cycle
• Commercial, relationship-driven and professional
