We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, securing projects, and driving revenue growth across the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Generate leads and secure projects through strategic networking and market research.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
- Coordinate with estimating, commercial, and operations teams during the tendering process.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and project opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of business development experience within the construction industry.
- Strong network with developers, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers in the UAE.Proven track record of securing construction projects and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and tendering procedures.UAE Driving License is mandatory.
