JINGDONG Logistics is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth across France.
You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and winning new business opportunities across warehousing, fulfilment, transportation, and e-commerce supply chain solutions. Working closely with operational and solution teams, you'll help customers solve complex logistics challenges while driving sustainable revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a business development strategy for the French market.
- Identify, engage, and win new customers across logistics, warehousing, fulfilment, transportation, and e-commerce sectors.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Lead customer discussions, proposals, negotiations, and contract signings.
- Understand customer supply chain challenges and develop tailored logistics solutions.
- Collaborate closely with operations and solution teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records within the CRM system.
- Represent JD Logistics at customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a business development, sales, or commercial role.
- Experience within logistics, warehousing, fulfilment, transportation, contract logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations.
- Understanding of e-commerce supply chains, fulfilment networks, warehousing, and transportation solutions.
- Track record of winning new business and achieving commercial targets.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Fluent French and professional English.
- Nice to Have
- Experience selling logistics or supply chain solutions to e-commerce customers.
- Existing network within the logistics, e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, or supply chain sectors.
- Experience working within a 3PL, 4PL, e-commerce, fulfilment, or logistics environment.
