About the Role
As a Business Development Manager at eir, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our Small/Medium Business customer base and strengthening eir’s market presence nationwide. Acting as a true brand ambassador, you will identify, engage and convert new SME customers through consultative, face‑to‑face selling.

Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development
- Identify, qualify and win new SME customers
- Build and deliver structured action plans to grow your territory
- Build trusted relationships from first contact to point of sale
- Deliver a professional, personalised customer experience
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve and exceed sales targets across volume and quality KPIsDeliver face‑to‑face presentations and consultative sales discussions
- Plan journeys and appointments effectively to maximise conversion
- Market Awareness/ Product Knowledge
- Stay up to date with competitor activity and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to remain an expert on eir products and services
