What We’re Looking ForA Master’s degree in Energy Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of proven success in oil & gas, energy, or process industries—with a sales or business development track record.

An entrepreneurial and dynamic mindset—you see opportunities where others see challenges and act where others hesitate.

Fluent Finnish and English (written and spoken)Exceptional communication and leadership skills—you build trust, motivate teams, and close deals.
