Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, preparing sales pitches and proposals, and collaboratively working with cross-functional teams. The role also involves meeting sales targets, networking within the industry, and representing the company at relevant events.

• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to conduct Market Research, analyze market trends, and assess competitor activities
• Organizational and Strategic Planning skills
• Team Collaboration and Relationship Management abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and business software
• Previous experience in the packaging industry or related B2B sectors is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
