Business Development Manager, Insurance Partnership

My client is a reputable international insurance group in Hong Kong, looking for a business development professional to grow life insurance partnerships across brokerage and HNW channels. This role suits someone with strong presentation skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to build relationships with business partners across different markets.

Responsibilities

• To grow relationships with HNW distribution partners from oversea within the life insurance business.
• To support leader for new partnership opportunities to expand distribution channels.
• Deliver client presentations, support sales proposals, and work with internal teams on servicing and follow-up.
• Prepare business updates, and market intelligence to support channel growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 4 to 5 years or more of experience in life insurance or related insurance business.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin.
• Candidates with overseas education or international background are highly welcomed.
• Strong presentation skills and solid B2B business development experience.
• Basic understanding of partnership management and distributor relationship building.
• Willing to travel when required.
