2. Key Missions & Responsibilities

・Market Expansion

-Design and execute go-to-market strategies for core verticals (retail, logistics, hospitality, etc.).

・Pipeline Management

-Source prospects, drive deals through the funnel, and close with optimal efficiency.

・Growth Ownership

-Hit GMV and revenue targets; drive upsell and cross-sell with existing clients.

・Cross-functional Collaboration

-Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to maximize customer experience.

3. Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven Track Record – 5+ years in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Outperformance – Consistently exceeded annual/quarterly targets with clear metrics.
• Strategic Thinking – Ability to translate market insights into actionable tactics and run KPI-driven PDCA cycles.
• Communication – Business-level proficiency in English.
• Mission Fit – Deep alignment with Flexii’s Mission / Vision / Values and a drive to create social impact.

4. Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of the gig economy
• Cross-border BD experience in ASEAN
• Hands-on “1→10-100” scale-up experience
• Understanding of unit economics for platform businesses.
• Knowledge of the LinkedIn Sales Navigator for generating leads.
